INVITATION TO TENDER

 ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT (EIA) PROCESS FOR THE ENVIRONMENTAL AUTHORISATION OF INFRASTRUCTURAL EXPANSION AT PAULESI

The Pan African University (PAU) is a continental initiative of the African Union Commission, Addis Ababa to revitalize Higher Education and Research in Africa. The PAU has five Institutes each in the five sub-regions of Africa. Located within the University of Ibadan (UI), the Pan African University Life and Earth Sciences Institute (Including Health and Agriculture), PAULESI is the hub for West Africa. The PAU nurtures quality and exemplifies excellence and admits African students from all over the continent including the Diaspora.

PAULESI hereby invites interested and qualified environmental service providers to submit bids for an environmental impact assessment (EIA) as part of a proposed infrastructural and facilities expansion at the Institute. Applications to conduct an EIA for PAULESI are welcomed from government-approved environmental consultancy firms. The area covers 60,852.316 MTS SQ (5.036 acres or 6.085 ha), located at 7.4605 N, 3.9019 E along UI-Ajibode Road, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria,

Application procedure

Tenders are expected to detail plans for the EIA including relevant approvals from the Nigerian Government through the Federal Ministry of Environment, Abuja, Nigeria. Evidence of previous federal EIA Assessments will be an advantage. All submissions should be sent to procurement@paulesi.org.ng

Selected bidders will be contacted to make presentations on their bids and must send at least one representative but not more than two representatives per bidder. Bidders must ensure that bids are delivered on time to the correct email address and submissions via any other means apart from this will not be considered. Bids received late will not be accepted for consideration.
