Prequalification Notice for Non-Consultancy Services

1. Pan African University of Life and Earth Sciences Institute (PAULESI) located at the University of Ibadan, Ibadan-Nigeria is a continental organisation under the African Union Commission (AUC). We would like to prequalify service providers for the following categories of goods and services.  This is therefore to invite the service providers to apply for prequalification of the following services listed below:
2. Non- Consultancy Services
   • Provision of Printing and Publication Services
   • Provision of Security Services
   • Provision of Cleaning Services
   • Provision of Courier Services
   • Operating a buttery and snack bar
3. Supply and Installation of the following:
   • Intercom
   • CCTV Security Camera
   • Solar System with Inverters
4. Qualification Criteria:
   • Registered company with over 2 year experience in the sector
   • Evidence of tax compliance subject to verification with relevant Tax agencies
   • Evidence of ownership/shareholders
   • List of clients served in the last 2 years with contact person’s Tel No
   • Location of current premises with appropriate map direction
   • Evidence of qualified staff and availability
   • Three distinguished referees with Telephone and email contacts
